About the Initiative

Enkidu Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the IT Technology, ICT and Edu-Vocational training starts its journey from June 2021 after its inception with like-minded peoples & techiest designs, developed and conducts employment linked vocational courses in partnership with various educational organizations and world class Technology organizations for the youth in the country.

Under its brand The Ujjwal Bhavishya Abhiyan, we offer globally acclaimed and Government approved education and training programs, for K12, under-graduate, post-graduate and professional youth. These programs are designed keeping in mind the needs of today's dynamic job market and our country’s growing demand for skilled and trained youth.

These programs are similar to Modular Employability Skill (MES) courses certified by the government approved agencies. The programs train youth to gear up for employment in both salaried jobs in the private sector and also in setting up self-employment ventures, as empowered entrepreneurs.

KEY FOCUS AREA

• Skill Development in K12: We have started our first iXcell Club, a Student Activity Club, covering industry aligned and job-oriented courses. Students are being trained in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Augment Reality (AR), Data-sciences, Self-management, professional management, social responsibilities and career empowerment as aspiring Global Indian Citizens to get a stable job on completion of the training.

• Skill Development for under-graduates and post-graduates: We are catering to students post K12 and working professionals, in training and career preparation programs at colleges, and career enhancement modules through our training centres and online medium. We have aa strong global standard trading portfolio under our Excellence Series with focussed portfolios, Individual Excellence Series, Team Excellence Series, Enterprise Excellence Series and our Center of Excellence, The iXcell Club. All the training programs and modules are industry aligned and job-oriented courses. Students learn to learn skills in computer science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Augment Reality (AR), Data-sciences, Drone assembly and maintenance, Alternate energy infrastructure assembly, maintenance and management and a whole range of paid skills from chosen Sector Skill Council (SSC) regime and National Skills Development (NSDC).

• Learning Eco-system: Integrated Skill centres, hubs and centre for excellence. We have commenced setting up bick-and-mortar training centres along with complete digital network to ensure a robust hybrid learning ecosystem is provided for our learners and providers. As on date we have 60+ Digital Panchayat Pathshala in Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh and UP (upcoming). We have a training hub in Katihar-Bihar spread over 12 acres campus with residential facilities. We also have our first iXcell Club, centre of competence at a school in Noida - UP.

• Learner-centric Up-skilling: All modules are either short term 3 to 6 month duration or 12 to 24 months medium duration programs. We are also coming up with Industry specific community based ongoing development programs. All our programs are closely integrated to and industry aligned courses, aimed at enhancing the skills. These programs aim at, not only enhancing but empowering the candidate in the job market and help candidates find the right job, plan a career and go on to create jobs.

• Placements, jobs, careers and self-employment: The Ujjwal Bhavishya Abhiyan initiative begins with the goal of jobs, careers building, job-creation, entrepreneurship as the main focus area. A dedicated placement vertical with active tie-up's directly with Companies, Placement Agencies, Government ministries and departments, works to helps the candidates to find employment by providing placement support, transition support, career counselling to aspiring candidates, mentoring, coaching and establishing support.
