Q. When and how did you start your journey?
ANS. Enkidu Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the IT Technology, ICT and Edu-Vocational training starts its journey from June 2021 after its inception with like minded peoples & techiest designs, developed and conducts employment linked vocational courses in partnership with various educational organizations and world class Technology organizations for the youth in the country.
Under its brand The Ujjwal Bhavishya Abhiyan, we offer globally acclaimed and Government approved education and training programs, for K12, under-graduate, post-graduate and professional youth. These programs are designed keeping in mind the needs of today's dynamic job market and our country’s growing demand for skilled and trained youth.
These programs are similar to Modular Employability Skill (MES) courses certified by the government approved agencies. The programs train youth to gear up for employment in both salaried jobs in the private sector and also in setting up self-employment ventures, as empowered entrepreneurs.
Q. Briefly describe your business concept.
ANS. We at Enkidu Ed-tech starts a initiative to digitized & automate the environment of educational training programs approved by GOI and NSDC like institutions for schools and collages along with corporate training in next step. At present, We already managing our pilot Education and training projects at our Digital Panchayat Pathshals, iXcell Training centers ( The Millenium School, Noida-119 ) and online digital platforms as part of our pilot proof-of-concept (POC). We offer schools to adopt our digital Labs and pass on their burden of quality technical education on us. The Labs were fully designed, established and managed by us. The management of schools only pay us a minimum amount of fees per student. Our initiative aims to increase deployment of Government of India mandated skill courses in association with private and public sector organization. We aim in next step to associate with departments of Urban and Rural development, at national and state level and NSDC will be one of our partners in implementing standardized and industry relevant training programs.
Q. How are you ahead of the competition? Kindly elaborate.
ANS. At present there were a large field of opportunities in this sector of educational training and most of the school in Delhi-Ncr region, which is our prime sector not started the GOI initiative effectively. The infrastructure at pan India level very measure approx. below 90%.
At large, more than 80% schools do not have necessary infrastructure and Labs so the competition is not very much and we not found any company of our type who provide these set-ups at own cost with excellency. The digital pathsala initiative for rural and semi urban areas also getting pace in coming financial year.
Q. Briefly describe the innovations you introduced in recent times.
ANS. Our program is designed and delivered to innovate skill management and training at next level through specially designed labs and equipment/accessories.
